Today's the anniversary of the release of "Purple Rain" ! As groundbreaking as it was then it still continues to influence years later. This also doubled as the movie soundtrack and what a movie it was. Purple rain is one of my favorites and one of the best albums ever created. If you haven't heard "I would Die 4 You" or "Purple Rain" you must be living in a rock. Thanks to my parents for showing me this amazing artist and his fascinating work !
